    The Transmation Model 1065 Multiple Thermocouple Calibrator is an accurate, hand-held digital temperature indicator and calibrator that measures and simulates 15 thermocouple types as well as millivolts.
    A compact case and simple operation make the Model 1065 extremely easy to use in the field. The measured or simulated temperature is indicated directly in °F or °C on a liquid crystal display. Thermocouple type, temperature scale, mode of operation, and zero and span outputs are quickly selected by means of a membrane keypad. A speed-sensitive rotary encoder permits fast and accurate output simulation. Integral annunciators provide an indication of current instrument status. And the unique output memory capability can store three pairs of data or six independent outputs. A built-in microprocessor permits measurements/ simulations calibrated directly in °F or °C. Measured and simulated signals are automatically linearized to ITS-90 thermocouple standards. For thermocouple signal
    simulation, the microprocessor-based circuitry and patented cold-junction compensation generate a millivolt output which is the actual equivalent of the indicated temperature.
