    Offered for your consideration are 10 part # 480-18 (same as TS-70) Horseshoe Clips (aka Retaining Washers) for Lionel Trains. They are the difficult to find black clips, and are used with both Prewar and Postwar rolling stock and engines, to attach trucks to the car / engine frame.
