We sell only new products with full manufacturers warranty.  We have 23 years experience selling these products so feel free to ask any questions you need to. We ship same day or next day except on built panels which are typically two weeks though we do stock many of them as well.  If you need something in an emergency please ask as there are always options to help get you product quickly. Over 60 lbs ships LTL freight truck and a business name and address is required for free shipping. New York City and Long Island are not eligible for free shipping. Freight must be quoted!!
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Please notify us immediately and note damage on the bill of lading when you sign.
