    knob (how heavy you want the jog wheel to feel) and

    knob (how quickly you want the song to stop)
    don't work.
    This hasn't effected me when I play since there's a touch screen on the players. I just select and load the tracks that way, also I don't care how "heavy" the jog wheel feels, and the stop time is instant which I like. So none of these effect me and how I play.
    Besides
    that it works great.
    The other player is perfect, I'd consider it Like New if I were to sell it alone. No issues.
