Condition: Tested and in good running condition both forward and reverse. Direction controlled with a manual switch. Both lights worked at the time of testing. The painted finish has been touched up in spots and there are some scratched and chipped paint in spots. The handrails have some bends in them. Pictures taken with and without camera flash.
