American Flyer 282 engine Overhauled-- everything works-runs great

Note 1: Plastic boiler --- Tinplate tender
Note 2:  This engine is in original condition--all I did was clean it up.  The only addition I made was a
spring on the front truck.  This engine has the original link coupler -- if the buyer would like a knuckle coupler,
I'll put one on --- but---you need to ask when you pay.
Note 3:  There is nothing broken on this engine.  All of the screw holes are good and there are NO broken steps, etc
that often happens on this type of engine.
-Original 4 wire plug setup from tender to boiler as it came from the factory.
(wire is in good shape)
-Tender pickups cleaned and polished.
-
Brass
tender wheels cleaned and polished.
-eunit drum cleaned and polished.
-New spring on the front truck.(it did not come with a spring but it runs better)
-Boiler completely taken apart cleaned - reassembled - lightly oiled and greased.
-Correct brushes and new springs.
-H
ead light which works.
-Smoke unit--works
-Good choo choo.
-Link  coupler -- works correctly.
-Graphics - very good (see photos).
-Tested on a large layout with both left and right turns and multiple turn outs (switches)--ran great.
Overall this is a really nice engine -- just put it on your layout and run it!!!
